Genealogy of the families of Campbell and Rowley of Mount Campbell and the families descended from them, Prepared by Gilbert King (cousin of Captain Josias Campbell and Mrs Rowley) between 22 April and 29 May 1884. The earliest entries date back to the early 1600s and run until the date of compilation in 1884.

The handwritten original is in the possession of Phil Jourdeuil and a copy is presented here for use by the broader community. I am sharing this to help work on the profiles that could be created from this or to inform parts of the common tree that have been already been entered with more information than might be available otherwise and to inform the search for primary sources that support this genealogy.

I have been able to confirm some of the information in the genealogy by other primary sources, particularly on the profiles I have been working on. However there are a number of areas in which primary sources are not available to me or for which I have been unable to devote time and attention, and so have not been able to confirm the accuracy of the claims.
